Myth #1: I have to kill myself in the gym training 3 hours a day to gain these types of results. It's all about working out smarter not harder. People who train for more than 2 hours a day are overtraining and end up hindering rather than helping themselves.
Myth #2: I have to starve myself to look as good as a Fitness Model. You should actually be EATING MORE... and eating more, more often! What?!
