My name is Kate and I just wanted to thank you, JNL, for being such an inspiration in my life. One day I read the article about your transformation. When I saw that you were a mother and that you had such an amazing transformation you filled me with new hope to achieve my fitness goals as well.

I can't even begin to explain what it has meant to me during my journey to read stories such as yours. Not only did you do it but then you grabbed the world by the horns and kept moving forward. You touch me at such a low point in my life and like an angel you lifted me up and gave me those little nudges forward.

You didn't know anything about me, yet you took the time to encourage and nurture me. What I love most about you is that no matter what your successes have been you continue to pay it forward so that others can learn from you and realize that their dreams can become a reality to.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me those little extra pushes and advice to help me along in my journey, for being real and for being a friend. Because of women such as you I have lost 70 pounds and I am making my dreams come true.

I just love all the JNL-Approved recipes that came with this complete program. I now know when to eat, what to eat, and all the guesswork was taken out of it for me.

When I got into a rut, I would just reference my Get Fit Program and find the push that I needed. The positive affirmations, and motivational tips combined with the visualization exercises helped me break through physical plateaus and mental blocks. Thanks JNL!

My name is Allison Greene, and I have been involved in dance and fitness my whole life. However, as I got past the age of 20, I started to struggle with my weight. I would yo-yo on and off diets and workout plans.
At the age of 27, I broke my foot and all major movement and activity came to a halt. Devastated and depressed, I gained around 45 lbs. Being 5'2", that's a big noticeable gain.
I had subscribed to Oxygen magazine and I desperately wanted to have a physique like the women in the magazine, but felt overwhelmed by them. What were the chances that they were ever 45 lbs overweight?
Then I got the special fat loss issue with Jennifer Nicole Lee on the cover. I was so inspired by her - she had lost as much weight as I needed to! I contacted Jennifer and she gave me advice on calorie intake and fitness.
I can honestly say that reading Jennifer's story, and that talking and meeting with her, have changed my life!

Hitting the gym never was so easy. Knowing that I am doing the same exact workouts that JNL does, gives me just that much more confidence. I have seen the results. My body fat is down, and I have lost over 7 inches.

My marriage was on the brink and I didn't have energy for my kids. This was until I listened to one of Mrs. Lee's seminars. She unlocked my potential and now my husband, kids, and myself could not be happier!

My best friend tried the fitness model program, she followed the advice thoroughly and she lost a few pounds but what worked for her were the beauty tips. She's changed. I'm happy for her because guys are asking her out, trying to hook up with her and stuff... she used to think she was never gonna get a hot boy for herself and would eventually have to settle with the first guy that come around. I felt bad for her, didn't know how to help her. Talking didn't help. It took her to take action. I'm really glad she did it.
